1993 - Creation of the workshop LA FORGE

1998 - Jean-Philippe Fally begins working on the wrought iron vegetation (creation of the Olive tree banister). The same year, the workshop welcomes its first apprentice and two other employees. LA FORGE receives the award for the "Dynamique Artisanale" (given to the best young rising craft company).

1999 - The website www.jp-laforge.com is created.

2000 - The first forged tree realized by Jean-Philippe Fally is sold to a New-York art gallery.

2002 - Jean-Philippe Fally begins working on monumental sculptures. 

2003 - Creation of a set of furniture for a church choir. It receives teh "Grand prix" award by the SEMA (National Institute for Craft Industry).

2004 - Creation of the Fountain tree ("L'Arbre Fontaine" -4m70 high, composed of more than 2000 leaves).

2005 - La Forge begins working in collaboration with the JPW company, a light designer company, and creates a garden lighting line. 

2006 - The team works on lots of different sites with JPW. The work on vegetation and water takes shape with the creation of the Little Giant ("Le Petit Géant"). Projects are underway, particulary the workshop extension, and the building of permanent showroom

2007 - Jean-Philippe Fally gets the EPV label and receives the Stars & Jobs award (prix "Stars & Métiers"). 

2008 - La Forge expands and inaugurates the Iron Garden ("Le Jardin des Fers").

2010 - Creation of a set of iron works for the JPW showroom.
